SHIPPING POLICY – KAVR CLUB

At KAVR Club, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all orders placed on www.kavrclub.com. All orders are handled with care to ensure your purchase arrives safely and on time.
1. DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom (mainland and Northern Ireland). For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at contact@kavrclub.com before placing your order.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and size. All costs are displayed clearly before payment is confirmed. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions — these will be shown on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–6 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. During high-demand periods (e.g. seasonal sales or holidays), processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time until it reaches your address.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS OR ISSUES
If your delivery is delayed, lost, or shows an error in tracking, please contact our support team immediately at kavrlondon@gmail.com. While delays are rare, we will liaise with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if missing). Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable) so we can open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. For security and operational reasons, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been confirmed. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned to us.
8. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For international deliveries (outside the UK), any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.
