TERMS OF SALE – KAVR LONDON

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the website www.kavrclub.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. PRODUCTS

All products available on our website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions or screen display settings. KAVR LONDON reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

2. PRICES

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will always be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. KAVR LONDON reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or irregular activity.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment providers. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped according to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times vary based on location and courier service. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs or postal strikes) are beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. 7. WARRANTY

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. LIABILITY

KAVR CLUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including but not limited to loss of profit or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.

9. PERSONAL DATA

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
